The top managerial staff should thus act decisively and promptly when undertaking their duties. Distributed leadership, exercised by both informal and formal leaders throughout the institution to aid in the realization of the organizations’ objectives, depict various features in common regarding relational leadership. Generally, it can be exercised at any particular level by participants, besides, results to leaders’ effectiveness regarding their inspiration to others about concerning the leadership responsibilities rather than doing all by themselves. However, is bolstered by individuals being exposed to varied people and challenging situations that stimulate their preconceived perceptions and make them to overcome negative biases. There various key factors that contribute to inclusivity leadership and they include openness and awareness, effective advocacy for diversity, trust, diversity and driving results.

Personal leadership traits are basic to inclusive leadership, which includes empathy, motivation, self-awareness, self-control, interpersonal skills amongst others (Toler, 2017). The more sensitized and emotionally driven the leaders are the more they content to unconscious biases. Further, become willing to address them. Inclusionary leadership suffers a number of setbacks that need thorough scrutiny by top managers for an effective successive business. Bullying, perceived underperformance and insensitivity are perhaps among the key factors that result in undermining inclusivity leadership. Abusive emails, yelling and character assassinations are among the tactics in the workplace that are employed to outdo and diminish workers morale. This should be evaded by all costs by managers as it can really lead to lower productivity and destruction of a team.
