Peter stumbled into the position as a human resource manager. He was working for the Samsung for the four years and when the company continued developing he progressed from the management position as the human resource manager. Samsung deals with technology and software for the phone industry. Peter did not have any idea on how to handle effectively on how to run the HR department and so it took the time to figure out how it should be run. Samsung developed a rapid growth as Peter continued hiring qualified staffs within a short period to meet the demand. Happy of his accomplishment and the ability to meet the company's business need he would rather please himself. He continued spending his many hours over recruiting strategies selecting through resumes as part of the employment process and putting together perfect compensations plan to improve the company. The company had substantially changed good harmony. When the goals changes occur all the staffs may not be ready in carrying out well. Therefore a good contest among individuals and managerial goal must be in to use organizational incomes well and competently. Human resource manager’s emphases on attaining the higher creation together with most active use of existing capitals. It has helped to an improvement in managerial objectives and goals.
