The assigned case scenario will be followed by several related questions (the answers to which will comprise your case analysis). You are required to answer all of the questions to complete the mini-case analysis paper. In order to ensure you get the credit you deserve, please make sure that your submission is clearly identified with the case Title, Course Number / Section, and your Full Name on a cover page. All submissions are to be done utilizing a word processor. You must submit your finished product via the appropriate Case Submission Folder by the due date posted (note: attach / upload your file in the drop box, do not cut and paste any work).
In order to score well in a case analysis, you need to demonstrate mature judgment, an ability to go beyond the obvious facts and issues presented in the case to uncover and explain “root causes” and appropriate solutions to each question. Furthermore, the case method is a vehicle to further develop and demonstrate your critical thinking skills, along with your deductive and inductive reasoning abilities. You should try to incorporate some of the knowledge and vocabulary that you have learned throughout this course. Finally, your write-up should demonstrate your command of business writing skills. You should take the perspective of being executives who must arrive at definite conclusions to be followed by specific action points for each question posed.
As to the logistics and format in preparing the case analysis, the point is to effectively answer the questions posed by the case in a meaningful and professional format. The case analysis should contain a title page and be double-spaced with a minimum font size of 12. I do not prescribe a page count, but typical mini-case analysis reports have at least 3 to 5 pages in order to appropriately convey the information required to completely answer all of the questions. You should provide a clear introduction to the case analysis, and after detailing the issues and appropriate solutions presented for each specific question, you should provide a detailed summary that ties the analysis together. Additionally, an effective analysis must be grammatically and syntactically correct, including correct spelling and punctuation. Your final grade on this assignment can be reduced by up to 15% for mistakes in this area (as the professional reports you will be expected to prepare in the "real-world" will reflect back on you). Also, any meaningful graphics or unique formatting that you add to enhance your report may result in additional points for professional presentation. Finally, you must use at least three outside sources (not counting your text book) in answering the questions, and provide an appropriate formatted bibliography. I have provided some resources inside this folder to assist you in preparing the final paper.
Your grade on this course final will be allocated as follows:
15% Use of Appropriate Writing Skills, i.e. grammar, punctuation, & spelling.

50% Content and Development, i.e. content is comprehensive, accurate, and persuasive; major points are stated clearly and are well supported; content indicates synthesis of problems and evidences original thought and support for the solutions provided to each question.
25% Format, i.e. paper meets assignment requirements and evidences attention to detail; correctly assembled with a professional look. Appropriate introduction and summary are provided. All questions are addressed. Three outside sources are used and cited in a bibliography.
The assigned case scenario will be followed by several related questions (the answers to which will comprise your case analysis). You are required to answer all of the questions to complete the mini-case analysis paper.
