Sometimes employees lack commitment because of too much work at their desks and lack of proper motivation. The HRM may motivate the workers by offering scholarships to those who are hardworking to further their studies, through organizing team-building activities and offering salary increments and job promotions over time. The next principle is cost effectiveness where the department offers part-time employment to cut down on some costs, for example, paying employees who are on leave (Sulsky, 1999). Cloud storage also saves much physical space, which could otherwise be used to store a substantial amount of employee information in files, which also faces the risk of being lost due to hazards like fire and floods. At the moment, some software is being used in the recruitment process.
