Thomas Jefferson represented the interest of all farmers together with petty bourgeoisie through showing the need to democratically solve the agrarian problem, advocating for execution of civil rights to all civilians, and the abolition of slavery. He later demanded the amendment of the constitution of 1787 since he realized that it was not sufficiently democratic and the inclusion of the bill of rights. Thomas Jefferson when down the books not only because of his political career or statesman but as a philosopher – humanist, linguist geographer paleontologists and enlightened Thomas was born in 1743 on April at Virginia colony has the third out of the eight children in the family. From the actual data collected, the grandfather was a poor farmer, but later the future author married a successful lady from a prosperous neighbor, and then he was able to purchase a small piece of land and later his status rose after been elected as the road inspector.

Thomas studied at a local elementary school of Scottish priest William Douglas, where he gained knowledge on Latin, ancient Greek as well as French. A year later he formed a committee that was a path for accompanying declaration where he was accompanied by Franklin and Adams and voted for independence. Two days later, a debate conducted scrap about a quarter of the declaration text, specifically for criticisms of slavery as well as the slave trade. The actions angered Jefferson even though he used the slave to provide labor. Later on, he championed for the final copy of the declaration that was approved in 1776. The bill proclaimed that all persons were equal in rights, regardless of their race, origin, social status or wealth and therefore the government should serve the citizens and not own the people.
