The physical feature that I used for the study is human eye which can have different phenotype forms. I decided to use this feature for my study since it is one of the most noticeable characteristics. The study will compare the number of people in a group with brown eyes and those with other colours which is an easy task hence assist in time management. Comparison will be done between the expected value and the result value. The hypothesis of this study is that there is difference between the expected frequency and the result one the particular phenotype. For the analysis of p test to take place, there are two methods to be used which include the chi value calculator and the 2/2n formula.
