In the book of Mathew 8:20, we see that Christ referred to Himself as the Son of Man. The position of Christ as one who is at the right hand of God is comforting to Christians because it gives encouragement, comfort, and strength for His faithful people. The Bible gives us the perspective that Christ went to Heaven and sat down at the Father’s right hand. The book of Revelation 3:21 talks about the fact that Christ sat at the right hand of the Father, expecting to receive his throne and kingdom and to share it with the faithful and victorious. John the Revelator saw a scene in heaven where there was one who was sitting on the throne, with the same description as the one seen to be standing in the middle of the seven golden lampstands as in the book of Revelation 1:13.

The middle wall of partition which limited the interaction between Jew and Gentile no longer existed.
