location of offshore Oil and Gas Fields in the Gulf of Mexico

The instructions for assignment details is attached pdf. Please help me with the project proposal. I need to create a map that can provide information on the location of offshore Oil and Gas Fields in the Gulf of Mexico (Mexico and the USA) and also in the background provide information about the location of passive or active continental margin, so we can analyze the relationship between passive or active continental margins and the location of the offshore Oil and Gas Fields. For this project I suggest creating a map for the Gulf of Mexico. I did a little research and I found some maps that only contain continental margins, oil and gas fields in the north side of the GoM, and oil and gas fields in the south side (attached), but not any that combine the three. Please let me know how much the project proposal portion would cost.
