Providers will be responsible for provision of mental health care to children, adolescents and families utilizing cognitive, behavioral, and other empirically supported interventions for clinical conditions, and will have the ability to select patient conditions consistent with training and interest in building a caseload. Common problems treated in our clinic include depression, obsessive compulsive disorders, behavioral problems, ADHD, anxiety disorders, and trauma related disorders. Applicants should have demonstrated exceptional clinical skills, and have experience with effective time management, and strong professional report writing and verbal skills. This position requires excellent “people” skills, including discretion, rapport, empathy, and persistence in the face of resistance. It also requires the intellectual skills to be able to conceptualize cases and effectively plan and implement treatments.
