Furthermore, I would love to work in a positive environment where employee situations are improved by setting objectives and allocating resources for employee development (Foote, 2015). Creating a positive leadership environment would also ensure that the organisation introduces more products in the market to develop leaders to head different departments. Ideally, this will be an environment that allows all staff members to brainstorm ideas and proper solutions that are relevant and applicable to making company decisions. The theory of leadership that I would like to apply and adopt in the organisation is a trait theory of leadership. This is an important leadership style as it emphasizes on organisational change as a way of improving overall productivity levels of staff members. Within the company, I will take different roles to ensure that I improve my performance levels.

I would also work with leaders in positions of responsibility such as the chief executive officer and departmental heads have a greater understanding of the tasks that are supposed to be performed. I would also view leadership in light of the individual executing their duties and responsibilities as this perception would ensure that I focus on character development (Ghasabeh et al. I will also incorporate an integrative leadership model to achieve desired results that are required in hopes of ensuring that I participate in the leadership process and in effective decision-making.
