Economics Masters Personal Statement

I am interested in marketing, entrepreneurship, and global economy, and economics is the heart of all these. The concepts contained in the economics syllabus will open doors and opportunities to develop personal approach to the business world. It is thus my desire to pursue a master degree in economics. I am a mathematics and computer science student and through my keen interest in calculations, I have gained an insight of its practical application. It is this practical application that has led me to consider economics as a mathematics related subject. In addition, algorithmic game theory introduced me to rational decision-making that focuses on human behavior in business world. Having gained a strong economic background through these courses and with an excellent knowledge in mathematics, I believe I have the right skills to study postgraduate at the postgraduate level.
