Stuart (2014) observed that Modeling and Role-Modeling theory remains a concept influenced by principles and objectives in Nursing. Established by Helen C. E. , Evelyn M. T. Explain how nurses apply the identified theory from part A to implement excellent nursing practices The concept remains the foundation and basis of my nursing profession practice (Stuart, 2014). According to Modeling and Role-Modeling theory facilitation, nurturance and acceptance are the main roles of nursing professional (Current Nursing, 2014). Through the theory, I have been able to implement skilled nursing interventions that build confidence, encourage client’s confident positioning, patient control, promote and support patients' strong points and sets common health-focused objectives. I feel disconnected from patients when I speak down to them or when I castigate their unconducive health habits.

Closing off therapeutic relationships with the client by refusing to accept who they make me miss valuable information which might guide me in determining how best to help the client. Lavinia Dock not only was a brilliant nurse but also played significant part in the suffrage movement (Canfield, 2016). Medical errors once rectified ensure more safety for patients and improved the quality of healthcare since reported errors give away for precautions to be installed so that such mistakes are prevented from occurring in future. H. Identify four leadership qualities or traits that represent excellence in nursing. The entire team looks for someone whom it can count for during nursing practices. A reliable team leader pulls weight and keeps his or her promises. An intelligent leader leads the team in the correct direction and helps them to handle challenging tasks. Applying intelligence within the nursing team helps the nurse make a decision based on facts. Team members usually like their inputs looked into during the decision-making process.
