Over the last three decades, the video game firm has grown and evolved into a multi-billion-dollar enterprise. Children in contemporary society spent the majority of their time playing online video games. Violence is a major theme in the majority of these celebrated video games. One of the most and frequently debatable question in contemporary society is, does violence in video games cause violence in children? This question has drawn diverse opinions and views from different people and scholars who have tried to provide evidence to support their arguments. In my point of view, I support that violence in video games cause violence in children. Correlational studies have reported a positive connection between playing aggressive video games and violent habits (Browne and Giachritsis 705).

Anderson and Dill revealed a positive connection between exposure to aggressive video games, as well as self-proclaimed violence on the National Youth Survey, that composed of items evaluating assault and robbery (Milani et al. Additionally, Gentile et al. discovered that young adolescent who participated in violent video games documented more frequent violent habits, like engaging in physical fights, as well as quarrelling with teachers (15). A GAM model is a significant design that assesses the impacts of aggressive video games on habit. A number of researches has revealed that there is a positive correlation between aggressive video games and violent habits in children. This is because children in contemporary society spent the majority of their time participating in video games which are dominated by violent theme.
