Educational philosophy statement

Over the years, I have understood that students have their unique ways of grasping knowledge, in this case, I device ways that makes all students to be positive and learn as others. Robert Einstein said that, “education is not learning the facts, but training the mind to think” (Liston, & Zeichner, 2013). Anchoring my approach to this quote, it is clear that even the slow learner over time and practice will be able to learn complex subjects. This has guided me and ensured that every student is treated equally and encouraged to work harder. Having a positive mindset as a teacher saves a lot of discouragements among students. In such situations, the teacher and the parent should be aware and know the right approach that will be used to improve such environments.
