Supportive Submission 3: CHIS Data Analysis and Regional Comparison on gestational diabetes

Conduct an analysis of the CHIS data. Write a detailed (2-3 pages) report of your results. In your write up, be sure to compare the report regionally, locally, and/or nationally. For example, if your population is obese pregnant women or whomever your target population is, you will compare data you found about this group with other population in society. Let us say I was doing mine on obese African American women, I will compare data on this population with data on Asian, Hispanics, and or White obese women. In your analysis, produce a 2 × 2 table and calculate odds ratio (OR) and relative risk of your chosen health issue. Be sure to show your calculations. Interpret the results of your calculations into the paper, look at the attached sample if you are not sure of what I am asking for. Review the grading rubric (provided in week 8) and make sure to cover all major requirements. I disapproved of the use of quotes in any submitted assignments, paraphrase any borrowed information into your own words and cite accordingly. I have attached a sample for your view. Please do not copy any of the information from here and try to pass it as yours, you will automatically get a zero for the assignment. Here is a link to a video I recorded on calculating odds ratio and relative risk: https://calbaptist.webex.com/calbaptist/ldr.php?RCID=fedb11b4c60c4569ebf5ff7835772c7b I disapprove of the use of quotes in any submitted assignments, paraphrase any borrowed information into your own words and cite accordingly. All written submissions should reflect professionalism in grammar, spelling, writing style/format (one-inch margins, double spaced, typed in 12-point Times New Roman font), include APA 6th citations when appropriate, an appropriate title page, and be uploaded as .doc or .docx documents.
