The Integrative Literature Review:Thesis Statement 2

Thesis Statement for the Integrative Literature Review This week you will make a thesis statement for your Week 6 Final Assignment. Basically, a thesis statement deals with your perspectives on the literature you have outlined in the literature assignment of week three (last week) which you will be using for your Final Assignment week 6. Your references from last week should include studies and you should have presented rationales last week for each reference’s being chosen as a part of your week 6 assignment. If you feel you need to make corrections in the week 2 assignment, make changes and notes as to the date of change and your reasoning so that it is official and clear for your use in preparing your Final Assignment. The thesis statement you create should include the rationale and relevant empirical and theoretical background supporting your perspectives. The primary objective of this assignment is to create an outline of specific questions you intend to answer in the final assignment. Over time these may change, if so simply note the alterations and why you have done these with the date. Change is part of the process. Steps to creating your Thesis Statement for the Integrative Literature Review: At the beginning or introduction of this work should present and describe the areas of inquiry (your questions) that will be included in your Integrative Literature Review for Week 6. -Explain your perspective on the literature and describe how you arrived at this viewpoint, how the literature you have chosen supports this view, and why this perspective is relevant to the field of psychology. 2. The midpoint of your work should be based on the above with a brief discussion on the literature chosen by integrating concepts developed from your four different content domains. -Be sure to utilize at least one peer-reviewed source per domain. -Construct clear and concise arguments using evidence-based psychological concepts and theories to support your perspectives regarding the literature. To finish your work assignment identify any predominant implications shown in the studies and describe how these influenced your perspectives on the literature. Formatting and Other Information: The title: The Integrative Literature Review: Thesis Statement Must be two to three double-spaced pages in length (not including title and reference pages) and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
