This is one of the reasons why we are offering the job opportunities to people who are well equipped with the accounting. The other levels also work with the core business being to help the organization deliver its services effectively. What makes the organization to be the best is due to the arrangement and compositions of all the areas that are needed in order to make it functional fully. By this I mean it has all the five components that make up the organization, that is; strategic apex, technostructure, middle line, the supporting staff and the operating core. All the areas are functional and they help each other to ensure that the organization does not have failures or any delays caused by a misunderstanding of any level.

The first things are that the employee must show concern in the job and work not in the interest of getting paid much but for the improvement of the organization. The reason behind this is because once the organization has improved, the salary and even the services that the employee gets will also increase. The second things are that the employee must show a high level of discipline in all areas that are concerned. The level of the discipline determines the way one handles the clients in the organization which is a factor of concern in the organization. Attending to the job early enough and also doing the duties assigned without a failure contributes to the level of credit that one gets from such as a work.
