Develop a quality management plan. Undertake, with rationale, corrective action to address a quality management issue in a specific example. Word count: 3,000 with a maximum of 3,500 words 1. Critically evaluate and compare (1,500 words) the three quality management plans, which are provided in Reading Activity 8 in the Course Materials folder on Blackboard, and cover the following:  Adherence to major quality management principles.  Potential application of their principles to project management.  Undertake and rationalize corrective actions to address quality management issues. 2. Design a quality management plan (1,500 words) for a project of your choice. 3. You are encouraged to refer to additional sources of information for this assignment. 4. Ensure that you reference all of your sources using the correct APA referencing conventions. 5. Make sure you read the Marking Schedule below carefully before embarking on the assignment. It will give you clear idea of what we are looking for in the submission. Second Part Discussion is split into 2 Activity Assignments: 1. Browse the web and also scholarly articles and analyse the various TQM variants that exist and explore why this resonates with you. Examine common methods and post your principles and your reasons for choosing this approach by clicking on the 'Reply' below. As a group analyse and evaluate a TQM model on which you can all agree. Provide your reasons for your choice and critically evaluate the advantages of each principle in the model as well as any disadvantages it may have. 2.Use the Internet and find the ISO standards/processes for Project Management. Analyse the key elements of the standards; How useful would they be in your organisation? Any questions please ask me.
