Smart Wear Fashions is company which makes both casual and official clothes. The products include men and women clothes mainly shirts, T-shirts, trousers and sneakers. The target market is the young population aged 17 years to 35 years. According to the market information, the young population makes close to 65 percent of the total demand in the cloth industry. Studies show that there is growth of population hence high demand for the casual clothes as smart wear. There will be use of trained human capital, application of research and intensive management of the products. The weaknesses include penetration challenges and financial constraints. The opportunities include wider market accessibility, use of social media for promotion and application of customization as well as high purchasing power of target market.
