Name: Instructor: Course: Date: Part One There are new researche skills that I have learnt in the last two weeks as I was conducting my research project that I decided to narrow down on. First is that research involves thorough scrutinizing of various information such that at the end of it there is an increase of the stock knowledge that is already available. Second I learnt that research involves detailed steps of work that are carried out as described below. The first step involves setting a goal. In my research project my goal was to get more knowledge regarding poverty and education for women in Southern Sudan. In addition I focused in researching whether there are ways in which the Southern Sudan women can be empowered in order to eradicate poverty. I found out that war which is predominant in Southern Sudan has adversely subjected women to poverty (Rubin grounded in ladies' strengthening hypothesis and relational cultural hypothesis. The intercessions consolidate social work's clinical mediations with group sorting out techniques to advance individual and aggregate strengthening supporting the "individual is political" precept of women's activist practice. The intercessions including nonclinical interviews story circles and authority and promotion instruction and preparing can direct experts in giving administrations and projects that make a space for ladies to roll out improvements in their own lives and in their group. Program results report fruitful changes for ladies in enhancing side effects expanding self-adequacy and participating in group backing. Ladies who took an interest likewise reported an expanded feeling of force; adjusting shared trait and contrast among ladies and a feeling of seek after their future.
