2. Identify the leadership challenge
o Who is the leader? What is the scope of her/his decision-making power? o What are the leaders’ individual strengths and/or weaknesses?
3. Presenting alternatives
o What options does/did the leader have?
o What are/were the positive and negative consequences of each of these actions? o What are/were the consequences for the organization?
4. Making a recommendation
