Is the cause/effect relationship a chain or events, a web, or neither? (3 points) 9. What are you proposing? (5 points) 10. Is there a way to test the success of the proposal? Why or why not? (6 points) 11. Describe your argument and the argument of someone who would disagree using the Toulmin terms claim, reason and warrant. (10 points)
