Student’s Name Student’s Address Student’s Postal Code 24th March 2017 The Editor The Spectator Southern Newspaper Address Dear Sir/Madam RE: REASONS WHY THE EDITORIAL IS WRONG In February your newspaper published an article with justifications why slavery is a good thing. In that note I am writing this refuting and terming the information as false and fake news. It is evident that slavery has been in existence for many years. However it is unethical and inhumane. Despite the benefits of their kingdoms and their master slavery is unethical since it is based on racism. behave towards one another in a spirit of equality and brotherhood. These are among the reasons why I believe the editorial is wrong and slavery should be ended immediately. The primary evil of slavery believes that one person can own another person and treat them with hostility as an object. It is our initiative to embrace humanity and make the grounds favorable for everyone by abolishing slavery. References Angelina Grimké Weld's speech. (n.d.).
