Reward and Recognition Program Needed Proposal Student’s Name Institution Reward and Recognition Program Needed Proposal Introduction It is important that the company North Oak Credit Union develops an employee reward and recognition program. Following the merger with the Advantage Credit Union a few months ago our employees are no longer motivated to perform and also train the newly acquired employees. The North Oak Credit Union employees feel like they are spending more time babysitting instead of working and bettering the company. Since both companies operate with different systems this explains the disconnection between the employees. Thus the new employees are taught by seasoned ones to learn new systems of operation. Our employees do not feel motivated since North Oak Credit Union does not have a substantive reward and recognition program in place. Currently operations at the company are not handled effectively by our seasoned employees. Low motivation has led rewards. This budget is based on the strength of the company and the perspective of the employees. Once granted individuals given the responsibility to formulate the budget will be held accountable to guarantee the satisfaction of all employees. References Ali R. & Ahmed M. S. (2009).
