Dangers in Fake-FatsName Institutional Affiliation Fat substitutes have been used for three main reasons; (1) limiting risks or symptoms of conditions like cardiovascular disease cancer and diabetes (2) assist in controlling weight and (3) preventing tooth decay. However are the fake-fats that helpful? Researchers have proved that fake-fake can be dangerous and harmful to human life. Food firms and chemical companies are developing compounds that replace some of the natural fats used in frying and baking. In terms of chemicals these second generation of fake-fats is close as possible they increase body weight overeating thereby resulting in obesity and mess in the body digestion and metabolism system. Thus dangerous human health in general. Although some food contents may be labeled to contain high contents of fats consumers need to be extra conscious to avoid obesity and overeating.
