Since 1971 Starbucks has been giving its personnel a daily lift. The organization is determined to provide an amazing work environment for its workforce so that all people in the company can treat each other has gained respect for fashioning a culture of uninhibitedness and putting its employees first. Democratic servant and transformational leadership are highly used within the organization to develop a team-based environment.
