Student Name: Professor: Course: Date: Archetypes Archetype is a word that was coined several years back by a psychologist known as Carl Gustav Jung in his theory of human psyche. Carl believed that there was an inborn sequence of thought present in the unconscious of every individual which is derived from the collective experience of humanity (Jung 36). Further he argued that these archetypes represent dominant human traits of our experiences as we underwent the evolution which makes them awaken deep emotions. Carl therefore concluded that a large percentage of human beings have several archetypes that are always at lay but there is one archetype that tends to dominate their personality. In this essay I will explore four archetypes that I believe have a bearing on my discipline and future career. I will also explore how these specific archetypes are relevant to the themes of quality of life revolutionary hurt. We as human beings cannot claim to be civilized and capable of reason if we think by virtue of being able to exercise control over the animals we can disregard their feelings. In a nutshell these life experiences have enlightened me into understanding different and varying issues of life from a deeper perspective. Consequently I’m very sure that since I made these important life realizations a lot has changed about me. For example I feel more accomplished as a human being with the knowledge that I’ve played my role in making the world a better place for the present and future generation. Works Cited Garry Jane.
