Name Professor Course Date Module 3C Reading: The Vietnam War Question 1 The gulf of Tonkin resolution was a measure which was authorized by U.S president and as a result of this U.S congress effectively launched it in full involvement of Vietnam War. Hence it was against it due its long civil war which was unanimously based on communism affairs of the opposing sides. Question 2 The president was given unlimited powers to oppose some of communist aggression which occurred in the Southeast Asia. In this case this power belong to the legislative arm of government which was approved by the congress and in article 1 of of military affairs under constitution intentions. Question 12 Americans equally disapproved the continued U.S involvement in Vietnam by protesting their dissent and their new tactics of deferment which was used to avoid some of conscription. However some of this disapprove gave different opinions based on anti-war that continued in disapproving the American history. Question 13 It was resolved when North Vietnam and South Vietnam halted for peace talks which reduced some of victimization and this gradually reduced the number of U.S battle troops in Vietnam. In some of these talks there were legislations which prohibited direct interaction and hence reduction of war power resolution under armed forces. [...]
