Transgender Athletes in High School Sports Name Institution Course Date Trans-athletes face a myriad of challenges as compared to their counterparts. They have to be mentally capable as well as train extra hard to achieve what their fellow opponents would attain with minimal effort. Trans-athletes have to navigate murky waters and rough terrain in any competition. Some of them even lose identity as well as close ties and relationships because of their status.
