The family does not betray family and it is through the family that a person can get comfort. In times of sorrow, the family mourns together and help- each other get out of whichever difficult situations that they face. This is the reason as to why a family is important. Having said this, it is of great importance that Internal Dynamics of Families is looked into. There are a lot of issues within the family that most families do choose not to talk about. A family head must be appointed to chair such meetings so that people do not stray away from the discussion. This is the forum that will ensure that family conflicts are sorted out at every moment to ensure that family members do not have unnecessary feuds.

The older member of the family will always be given the opportunity to offer guidance to the younger ones. Goals of the Program The main goal of the program is to bring the family together as one. One reality that people are running away from is the fact that a lot of families are living under masks that would shock people if they were removed (Dixon, Stewart, Burland, Delahanty, Lucksted & Hoffman, 2014). The whole family has to be brought together. Both the young and old. This is to meet the main aim of the program which is to bring family members together (Desforges & Abouchaar, 2015). It is possible that there are family members who never get to meet. Having a program like this provides that opportunity for everyone to see eye to eye.
