Safe Reliable and Effective Care Name Institution Introduction The safety of patients has always been the most important thing in the improvement of quality in healthcare. Many studies have been done and that there are many preventable deaths in the hospitals most of them due to system failures. Through cooperation with patients and families some of these harms in hospitals can be avoided. Therefore there should be creative thinking on various resolutions to improve patient safety. In this paper I will provide a brief summary and SRH have collaborated and came up with a framework of Safe Reliable and Effective Care. As described above the framework is comprised of the two foundational domains (learning systems and culture) along with nine components which are interrelated. The leadership component is shared among the two domains. Engaging of parents and families is the driving force for creating safe reliable and effective care.
