Evaluate the culture of the organization described in the case study for this assignment. You will find the case studies for this assignment in the online classroom. Access the case study for your specialization in the Case Library for Module 2. You will use either the Spring Valley Mental Health Center or the Capital Veterinarian Clinic case study, depending on your specialization.
Read the case study for your specialization. Then, in a paper of at least 5 pages (excluding title, and reference pages), address all of the following:
a. Define a healthy organizational culture and the relationship between a healthy culture and organizational productivity, citing relevant empirical research to support your discussion.
b. Describe how emotional, psychological, and organizational stressors can contribute to an unhealthy organizational culture and affect employees’ productivity and their relationships with each other.
c. Identify the emotional, psychological, and organizational stressors apparent in the organization depicted in the case study, and analyze their impact on individuals and organizational productivity.
d. Propose specific approaches that can be taken to reduce stress in this organization and to counteract the effects of the unhealthy organizational culture. What changes should be made to improve the health of the organizational culture in support of organizational effectiveness?
Note that you do not need to include an abstract for this paper. Support your analysis and recommendations with references to at least three scholarly sources (academic journal articles) in addition to any required course readings.
