Therefore, the crucial factors that affect the interrelationship enable the company to attain a better level in its productivity rather than undergoing losses. For instance, if the corporation does not have a good human relationship among its members, it might not produce anything due to lack of teamwork and cooperation among the managers and the employees to undertake their duties and responsibilities. As a result, the corporation yields little in its productivity. The aim of the research paper is to describe the problem affecting the productivity of the team members of Ford Automobile Corporation. Similarly, being a hired consultant by the company, I will observe and study the team members of the design process in Ford to investigate what is wrong and the reasons behind the problem.

Therefore, I will investigate the level of motivation to assess whether that might be the reason why the designers are producing nothing in the corporation. Thirdly, I will investigate the salary for the designers to determine if they have been paid well within the two months. The reason is that the managers tend to deny employees their wages and salaries even after working for a complete month. According to Landau (2013), good salary motivates workers intrinsically thus increasing the workload in the corporation to aim at a higher productivity. Lastly, I will investigate the unity and cooperation among the team designers in Ford. Lack of cooperation and unity among the designers will have affected the productivity in accomplishing the tasks undersigned. Also, some team members will have had little experience in accomplishing the task which made them produce nothing.
