However cross cultural communication tends to be the major catalyst. Cross cultural interview is a process of intensified interaction between communities or people in various areas such as cultural political economic and social aspects. Conclusively from my own experiences as well as learning from the interview with Laura I now understand some of the cross cultural differences in the current complicated world and I will be better able to avoid those issues in my future social work profession. I hope that the American society can progress on the road to a state where by all American's lives are equally valued and all the other cultural divisions find it easy to work live in peace and help one another develop and prosper in life.
