CONSTITUTION AND FEDERALISM

Many rules in the confederation article were never initiated to transform unfair treatment in the state country. The confederal system of government was established by the state government to cover set of components within states. As a result, the national government would create subservient among the states. A confederal system was formed and later established in Confederation Article in the United States. The main objective of confederation system was to form a good platform where autonomous colonies would merge to form a single nation. The biggest critics in the governance system in are Constitutional Convection. A meeting in thirteen states held in Philadelphia initiated federal government in the US constitutions in 1787. Some delegates holding constitutional convection were businessmen and their interest was the first priority.
