As a startup company Zephyrhills experienced surprising sales and demand due to the popularity of its natural spring water claimed to come directly from the native Floridan Springs. Situational Analysis: SWOT Model Strengths Zephyrhills bottled water is passed through the latest technologically advanced distillation processes that remove any impurities the discrepancies in sales estimation. While it is unlikely that the mentioned marketing maneuvers fail a reasonable contingency might be to cut down on the amount of product diversification and reinvest the effort and capital into more conventional advertising methods e.g. television and billboards.
