Institution Tutor Course Date Greeting Assignment The observation takes place at the campus gate of North Arizona University( NAU). The time is at 9.am in morning. The date on which the observation takes place is 12th March in 2018. The observation takes place for an hour and the choice of the morning hours is because there is a consistent number of people greeting each other because of the new day. The greeting observation starts at 09.am and then ends at 10.am. The location of the place where the observation is taking place is chosen because at the gate there is an intersection towards different schools. The persons involved in the greeting are both young. The young people are approximately nineteen years to twenty-six based dispersed to different locations. The development of the conversations after the greetings is made possible by the surrounding factors for the process of greetings. Lastly the relationship between the people shows that they are friends. A majority of the greetings are based on violent slaps on the back and closer hugs an aspect that can only be done by friends.
