It is a win-win situation for both the employer and the employee; reciprocity is the principle that runs the show here. Statistics show that a meager percentage of employees worldwide are engaged in their jobs (Albrech). 15% is a small percentage compared to the worldwide employed population. Another statistic shows that 29% of employees are looking for new employment, greener pastures in the coming one year, meaning not settled at the present workplace. Besides that, there are a couple of factors that cause employee disengagement. The advantage is to improve the productivity of the employees hence making the whole process to be economical and efficient. Better productivity translates to better profitability than never before.
