The objective of the research must be clearly stated and the information management needs identified or the problem to be solved must be well identified and selected. In most cases the design may rely on either the primary research or the secondary research. For the primary research it includes three main categories which are the expletory descriptive and the causal (Wright Len Tiu and Margaret Crimp 1995). The next step is to select the method of collecting the primary data where researchers use different forms of surveys to gather or make an observation to collect involved in research to practice proper ways of carrying of research thus producing quality information for its customers. Through these lessons it is clear that much can be learned from it. Market research processes equip one with the knowledge of being a good research and also teaches someone on how to produce quality report basing of the finds from the fields.
