Quality measurement facilitates in securing American healthcare system and understanding the effectiveness of the health services rendered. Measuring quality of healthcare also aids in determining whether the health institution, service delivery, and funding of healthcare are affecting the quality of care. Healthcare quality is measured through structural, process, and outcome measurements. Quality of healthcare in the U.
