The situational cognition theory is based on the knowledge and the implementation of this knowledge, for instance through group discussions, therefore, in a CTE classroom to enable better knowledge among students through this theory students will discuss what they have learnt in groups. The ADDIE model which is an acronym for Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate is effective in a classroom since the students follow the instructions of the model to improve their learning (Pappas, 2017). Through the use of this model, students can be able to tackle the various given learning objectives easily and comfortably. How do you plan to implement strategies for teaching and aligning the standards to curriculum and advanced instructional models in your CTE classroom?  Through the use of the various learning instructional models a teacher can implement strategies that improve learning through indulging students in various study questions that follow the guidelines of the models and communicating with them effectively on the need to complete the given tasks.
