As such, reflective log enables one to become independent and strong practitioner as well as the acquisition of knowledge management skills. The log contains regular business entries in the development of KARROTECH organization for internationally trading smartphones. This paper explores and evaluates my role as a human resource and strategic decision making in the company. In addition, it analyses the development and influence of the company in my learning experiences whose realization motivated ingraining of new skills. According to Camillus (2017), the business reflective log is an array of one's events and experiences in the process of enterprise management that sequentially explores the development and assessment of the practical application of theoretical knowledge into in the business role depicting individual own experiences.

Furthermore, it was my responsibility in mentoring, training and coaching through talent management, development opportunities as well as problem solving and assistance programs. Thirdly, I strategically planned to reinforce ability and viability in productivity in smartphone enterprise. Thus, I contributed to the accomplishment strategic objectives and plans. In addition, I availed services for aligning responsibilities such as employee development; career planning; appraisal and performance development system; hiring, strategic pay, recognition, and reward. Finally, innovated and initiated novel potential programs. A financial resource was principal in my propagation of implementing programs in the company and investing decision were based on the revenue attained, for instance, the strategic decision for new investments would generate pressure on the business. Moreover, my responsibility recruiting, hiring and paying employees as well as decisions on profit sharing was fundamentally based on the financial resources.

Furthermore, financial resource helped me in company governance by comprehending public perception, analyze performance, track efficiency and I obtained a platform for developing long-term and short-term strategic decisions. Finally, physical resources were crucial in determining production, marketing, and information technology. The spectrum of operational assets influenced the decision of diversification of the company. Skills development and reflecting forward. I enhanced effective communication skills through the precise and clear definition of employees' roles, objectives, expectations and the ultimate goal of the company. In addition, I ingrained d conflict management skills through resolving workplace conflicts and enhancing a positive collaborative work environment in the company. I also developed strong ethical behavior of transparency, fairness, equity, accountability and responsibility through the management of employees.
