Leaders are people chosen for their positive mind and skills as well as determination towards undertaking the desired operations and which are necessary for the sustenance of that group. A leader is a person who has to be accountable for any of the prospects and operations of their group or institution. According to Templeton, 2017, Following the enactment of the No Child Left Behind Act (2002), school principals were required to know more about special education to enable them to effectively lead the special program. That’s the definition of a school leader who is focused and determined to achieve the goals and objectives. School leadership is the provision of the management and running of affairs of the institution to achieving the goals of a learning institution that is seeing students excel both in academic and discipline.

According to Templeton, 2017, principals who are knowledgeable and skilled in special education are focused on providing special education services to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities. It means that there is a drawn focus to have the leader achieve the unique satisfactory levels of the group or organization and ensure all is done within the conformity of the population mandate. An effective leader has t be knowledgeable about his or her work scope for them to produce effective results. In the school setting, the principal who stands at the center of the running and management of the institution calls in to have an understanding of the functionality and requirement of his position as well as being able to address the greater population needs.

It is through the alignment of their skills and knowledge that the principal who is the school leader is able to navigate and offer unique and special education services satisfying levels for the student with disabilities. The indication from this dimension offers that there is the urge and need to have teachers who can implement and bring change within the system if there is anything good to get an association with the student success. Transformative leadership implies helping bring on board policies as well as the population being led. It helps in achieving positive results other than having a divided fraction of the population being led. It provides a bond for relation and helping out the subjects to also board the wagon of change for the better part of their success story.

Transformation leadership creates a bond of confidence and relation between the leader and the followers. In school leadership, teachers who are always open to the students or a principal who is always open to the teachers and management entail having a smooth running of the institution and achievement of wonderful results since a cooperation bond has already been established. Creative leadership Creative leadership is that form of leadership where individuals work in a cooperating manner to come up with innovative ideas. It is generally the teaming up of likeminded individuals and cooperates to develop ideas that are functional and which provide to have a positive attitude towards the subject being led. Creativity is more of coming up with new ideas towards ascertaining or doing things differently probably from what has been there or existed.

Creative leadership provides for a more involving form of leadership and which ensures that the leader works with other team members for the delivery of successful results. The bond of trust helps to let the followers and other involved subjects to open up about what they feel should or need to get done for positive results. In the school setting, the principal needs to have that bond with the teachers for with whom they can offer their input under the hope of good policies being driven by a trustworthy person and who is capable. A leader who does not take time to create ideas from other people does not invoke any new creative ideas that are worthy. It is the reason that the principal in the school or the teacher needs to involve other teachers as well as students so as with the trust bond, they can cooperate and help come up with policies that will transform and effect well the achievement of results in school.
