These individuals have lived in these unsuitable places progressively for a minimum of twelve months. Chronic homelessness has been a big problem for a very long time. Currently the world population is drastically increasing making people`s living standards to be poor due to hard economic times. The course project that I am proposing in this paper is finding at least a way of empowering the chronically homeless. It aims at offering cooking lessons with the help of local culinary schools` student interns. Other people who will help the group in the cooking lessons are the owners of restaurants seeking to give back to the society and also the residents or members of staff who need to share place to spend during night hours was sorted. Response to the five articles The fives articles have one thing in common. All of them are discussing ways to find help for the chronically homeless. These various ways discussed in the sections include the ranking of States according to the number of cases of chronically homelessness persons whereby Los Angeles tops the list. Taking statistics concerning the circumstances of chronic homelessness puts the areas worst hit by this problem at the limelight calling for solemn actions to be taken. Also there is the discussion of other issues associated with the chronical homelessness. Pulaski County sets the pace of solving Chronically homelessness by constructing houses for this group of people in the community.
