Christian View of School Leaders Name Institution Christian View of School Leaders Introduction It is difficult to hear or see the footsteps of Jesus in the realm of our public-school systems for the administrators. We often encounter daily challenges which magnify when we are dealing with organizations that are made up of people with different beliefs and personalities. It is equally tough because of the difference and variation in social backgrounds in the institutions. When one becomes an education leader in the environment it is vital that they observe three vital biblical principles. The principles include being mission-minded being a servant and not giving up at any given point. Through the principles the leaders can be the best forms of role models to the people who are being led. Be Mission-Minded Solomon through that our missions and visions guide us to do for the school children. Setbacks and challenges are expected to come our way. However when they come leaders should turn to God and His words to encourage. It is sinful to give up on the school system as well as adolescents. Conclusion This paper has provided a detailed discussion of the Christian worldview of school leaders. The leaders need to have three fundamental characteristics including being mission-minded being a servant and not giving up.
