Christian Leadership and Principles as an Overall Aspect of Fundamental Management

Management as advanced since then. For instance, many years after creation, management practices were discussed by the Socrates. Today, management is a developed field of study were variety of technics are applied to archive its effectiveness. Many of this technics and principles confuses the managers such that they do not know which to apply first. However, to Christian management, the technics and principle might not be a challenge since the aim of Christian management is to reflect the Christian faith in management. The leaders in this church motivate the followers that the church has great things for them, (Chen et al, 2014). Just like innovation, the reason for taking the risk is to archive a desired goal of having hope in a simple way.

Therefore, many believers believe in innovation since the believe that Jesus as changed them, thus He is the beginner of human innovation. The bible acknowledges the importance of innovation since it discourages idleness. Human cannot copy God’s innovation of creation but come up with their own innovation. Incremental innovation is were the organization has to be more incentive to improve current product. An invention that utilizes advanced technology to boost the level of their product and move ahead of the other organization is referred to a breakthrough invention, (Belloc, 2010). Disruptive innovation are ideas not implemented but will change the code number. the natural wisdom covers innovation in that it ensures the utilization of the principles. Interacting with employees, suppliers and customers in an aim of doing them good is keeping the principles of do good to others the way you will like them do for you.

Good innovators know that their innovation will do well if there are people to implement the innovation and appreciate it. Furthermore, this principle also promotes spending much in innovation hence giving more results. Establishing a principle of high standard of quality ensures that the organization maintains a constant performance. Effort used in producing something are measured by the outcomes of the product. Innovation aims at ensuring that the quality of the product or service are of high standers, (OCDE, 2015). In addition, innovation is part of continuation of Gods creation, hence management considering to integrate innovation with Christian values and principles are likely to succeed.
