Journal Entry for patient with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Patient demographics The patient was a 26 year- old Hispanic male. He was self-hospitalized due to panic of causing harm to others. He has served in the military as a combat pilot for five years and has gone up the ranks while serving in the military. He has been involved in various missions for air-support. He is from out of town and is has been attending military drills. Socially he is unmarried but actively dating. However he was raged after finding out his date was having relations with his friend. He is the second born in a family of four siblings. Presenting Problem The patient was hospitalized for the fear of hurting others and was put for observance by the doctors.
