Now, just as it is in all democracies, people who become members of this council do so out of their own volition. so when you feel like you have what it takes to belong to this body that will see to the protection of the interest of the students, you have to indicate your interest by writing a letter. Now, it is very good at this juncture to explain that this is a completely unfamiliar terrain for many students.
