The key components of the strategic management process include elements such as the organization’s vision, mission, objectives, action plans and strategies (Joyce and Drumaux, 2014). The components established above should be in every strategic plan of an organization. A successful strategic plan consists of the company’s vision which communicates the purpose of the organization in the current and future. The mission of the organization comprises of the values to which every individual in the business is expected to remain true to. It is crucial for organizations such as Nemours Children’s Hospital to integrate ethics and corporate social responsibility in strategic plans. The ethics of an organization ensures that every member of the company works towards attaining the mission, vision, goals, and objectives of the business. On the other hand, an individual can make efforts to influence the organization to modify its values, vision, and mission to align with their values. While working for the organization, one can influence the company’s values by establishing better ways or values that can be implemented to help the business attain its goals.
