The Middle East organization chosen is Emaar as a good example of corporate commitment to sustainability. A review of corporation and influence of existing regulation on enabling a company to operate sustainably will also be covered. The term sustainability can be defined simply as the human desire for an environment that provides both present and future benefits for posterity (Baumgartner, & Ebner, 2010). The two researchers also stated that corporate governance may mean co-joining of the relationship as well as economics which state performance and direction of the company. In this regard, the organization more often tend to react to the provided evidence by purporting that the issue of corporate social responsibility does not exist. This is due to the fact that despite the impact of the evidence provided, organizations may not be able to assume the insurmountable benefits accrued to the unethical conducts (Baumgartner & Ebner, 2010). Taking into consideration the inexpensive costs of inputs invested towards the productions of merchandise, companies are more likely to outgo the evidence presented. This may go on until such a time when more pressure is put on the company through a form such as the media.
