The solution to the problem was the use of Enterprise Resource Planning system to automate the business process and improve customer action. Through the cloud, computing users are able to access the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) via the internet. Cloud Software as a service gives a lower first cost this because resources are on monthly basis not purchased at once and also maintenance is on the premises. The organization is able to access the service at any time. (Almajali & Dmaithan, 2016) The main difference of the cloud ERP with the on-premise ERP is the physical location of the application. The small enterprises have access to the application at a good price with an affordable cost of small expenditure of the software and hardware.
